It logs your workouts, top 10 sends per session, and lets you add quick notes for context. The goal is to help you look back on a full training cycle and clearly see what’s working (and what’s not). Maybe you got injured - and then realize you were skipping cooldowns and functional work. This sheet helps surface patterns like that so you and your coach can make smarter decisions. It takes 2 minutes a day. That’s it. Use it consistently and you’ll start noticing things others miss. Yes, your friends will call you a nerd - but they’ll also ask how you got so strong.
