Train specific crux holds:

3D scanned and geometrically accurate. Plus comfortable 20mm and 10mm edges for standard strength training. This is an advanced board - the simulated holds are difficult to hang at body weight (as you might expect).

Chattanoogan v12 crux (right hand) (mirrored on left panel)

Dragon Slayer v11 crux (right hand) (mirrored on left panel)

Shield v12 start of crux (left hand, and peanut shaped right hand) (mirrored on right panel)
